It is true that for some special properties, such as detached houses and land, it may be more effective to limit the location of advertisements and search for buyers. However, for most luxury condominiums in Tokyo, it is more likely to sell at a higher price if the property is advertised in a wide variety of locations so that it can be seen by a large number of people. This is because if you limit your advertising, the information will only reach a small number of potential buyers, and you may miss out on the opportunity for a higher price than you would have originally obtained.
