If you let us know the conditions of the property you are interested in, we will periodically provide you with the latest property information by e-mail. If you have not yet decided on your room requirements, our professional staff will work with you to come up with your requirements.

②Order-made tours*
We offer various viewing methods, such as pick-up and drop-off tours and remote tours, to meet the needs of customers who wish to see many properties at once or in a short period of time.
*Only for clients who wish to view properties with a value of 150 million yen or more.

If a customer who has purchased a property through our company leaves the sale of the property to us, we will discount the sales commission up to no charge if the sales price is lower than the purchase price.
By creating a situation in which our company loses money if the customer loses money, we provide a structure in which there is no conflict of interest between the company and the customer.
*Only sales within 3 years of purchase will be accepted.
