How did you start looking for a property? Also, please tell us how you came to know about our company.
When I was considering purchasing real estate after my marriage, my sister recommended LONG TERM to me, and that is how I came to know about your company.
I considered several real estate companies, but was sometimes overwhelmed by their strong sales-centered responses.
In such a situation, I was attracted to the friendly attitude of Mr. Tanaka, the president, and Ms. Tatewaki, the person in charge, from the customer’s viewpoint, and decided to work with LONG TERM.
What were your expectations when you decided to work with us?
Mr. Tanaka himself had experience in purchasing real estate, and I felt comfortable with his ability to make proposals from the buyer’s perspective.
I was impressed by the way he dealt with us, focusing on our interests and satisfaction rather than prioritizing quotas, and decided to ask him to be a reliable partner.
This time, while the primary objective was to live in the property, we were also conscious of its resale value from an investment perspective when selecting the property.

What kind of property were you looking for initially, and what kind of property did you end up purchasing?
We were looking for a well-balanced property that was focused on location and price range, but also considered long-term asset value.
Harumi Flag was a popular property that was reasonably priced compared to properties of the same grade in Tokyo, and also had a promising future in the area.
Our final choice was a pre-owned property.
We heard that you made the decision to purchase the property in a short period of time. Could you tell us why?
We were late in applying for the first choice property we wanted to purchase, and as a result, we had to choose the second choice room.
Since the price of the Harumi Flag property was rising rapidly, we thought, “If we are going to buy, we want to buy at a lower price,” and minimized the time we spent worrying when considering our second-choice property.
Mr. Tanaka and Ms. Tatewaki gave us prompt and multifaceted advice on market trends, interest rates, and movements in the surrounding area, which helped us make a smooth decision.
With the possibility of future overseas transfers in mind, we made our purchase decision with an emphasis on affordability.
We are extremely satisfied in that our dream of living in a place we wanted to live as a life experience has come true.

Is there any aspect of our support or advice that you found helpful?
Mr. Tanaka and Ms. Tatewaki were open and honest in explaining future risks.
Real estate is a big purchase, so I trusted the company to openly communicate the risks without hiding them.
