How did you start looking for a property? And how and why did you decide to work with us?
I had been living in a hotel in Nagoya since graduating from university. When I decided to establish a base in Tokyo, I wanted a place where I could feel at home, so I started looking for a place to live.

What was the most impressive thing about our company’s response to your property search?
I previewed 15 properties before making a decision, and she took her time to help me find the right one, without making me feel uncomfortable.
The bank introduced me to several properties, but they only sent me information and did not take any further action. I felt a sense of trust in Ms. Tatewaki’s response, who frequently contacted me and showed me around the properties.
If you just send me a paper guide, I can’t tell what the place is really like. I chose Hiroo Garden Forest because I liked the peaceful atmosphere where residents greet each other as they pass by.
However, I was not able to purchase this property through LONG TERM because it was an exclusive property of another real estate company.

What made you decide to remodel your room?
From the time I purchased the property, I felt it needed to be remodeled.
I could not ask LONG TERM to help me with the purchase of the property, but I was able to consult with them on the remodeling.
The walls of the 3LDK were removed to create a larger living room. I also installed underfloor heating throughout the entire floor to create a comfortable space.
It was very easy to consult with Ms. Tatewaki about little things related to the remodeling, such as the color of the flooring material, and she was very helpful.
