What did you request for after-sales service?
We decided to use the after-sales service when we found a water leak in the washbasin on the day we moved in.
When we found the leak, we immediately contacted Ms. Tatewaki of LONG TERM, and she was able to quickly arrange for a repairman.
Please tell us about the process.
The repair itself was not completed immediately because it took some time to arrange the necessary parts, but in the meantime, we requested to change a regular faucet to an extendable shower type, and they were willing to accommodate our request.
As a result, they changed the faucet on the sink to an extendable shower type.
We were very happy that they listened carefully to our wishes.
